Programs for Athletes

At the Miracle League of Plymouth, we welcome any individual ages 5 and up with a physical, cognitive, or sensory limitation that may prevent them from participating in a mainstream program. We never ask for a diagnosis—only how we can best accommodate each athlete so they can enjoy the game and the community that surrounds it.

Our flagship program is our non-competitive baseball league, played on our custom turf field in Plymouth. We run both a Spring and Fall Baseball Season, welcoming athletes with disabilities ages 5 and up. Families from any city are invited — you do not need to be a Plymouth resident to join.

While baseball is at the heart of what we do, we also offer additional programs throughout the winter to keep our athletes and families active, engaged, and connected. From bowling to our Strides for All walking club, there are opportunities year-round to play, build friendships, and share community.

Explore our programs:

Adaptive Baseball

Non-competitive baseball league with 7 game seasons. Each game is two innings long, with players given an opportunity to hit and field twice. Plastic bats and softer baseballs are used for safety.

Strides For All: Sensory Friendly Wellness Hour for Families

Strides for All is a sensory-friendly indoor walking and fitness program designed to help athletes with disabilities and their families stay active during the winter months.

The fully accessible track provides a calm, welcoming environment where participants can move at their own pace, build healthy habits, and enjoy time together without the noise and crowds of traditional gyms.

Winter Bowling Session I & Session II

Our adaptive bowling program is designed to keep athletes active while creating opportunities to build friendships and for families to connect with other families raising children and adults with disabilities. This popular program usually runs in two sessions each winter, giving more athletes the chance to join the fun in an inclusive and welcoming setting.
